The estimated delivery dates

≪About Returns and Exchanges≫
We do not accept at all the returned goods and refund caused by the customer such as doesn't fit the size, different from your image, the wrong order, etc.
We accept the returns and exchanges the following reasons ONLY.
You have received the goods that is different from your order.
The goods were damaged in delivery.
Conditions of returned goods and exchange
We will support only unused goods by the remaining tags and outer box of seven days from arrival.
Note: In any cases, we are receiving neither the returned goods and exchange request which passes over one week from delivery of goods, nor the request without contact.
If there is stock, we will replace it with the same product. If out of stock, we will respond in the refund or exchange with other items.
We will inform you the guidance after checking deficient. Please return the goods along with the guidance. If there is no contact in advance, we can not respond your returned goods and exchange request. Please contact us in advance.
The following reasons are caused by customer, so we do not accept.
Actual goods appear differs from a goods picture or a model wear picture.

Our online shop is a mail order. Therefore, cooling-off is not applied. Thank you for your understanding.
When there are returned goods by a recipient's long-term absence and receipt refusal, we charge the postage.
In the case of receipt refusal, round-trip postage and cash-on-delivery fee, packing fee will be charged.
If there is a receipt refusal of luggage and long-term absence, there is a case to decline future dealings.
Moreover, when we judge that the past dealings are vicious, all the dealings will be canceled and refused.
